I think it comes from enjoying cooking, but I love a good cooking challenge. Usually I think something will be complicated to make, but it turns out to be super easy. I've loved the challenge of making homemade sauces like enchilada sauce and ranch dressing. So when football season came around the corner, I knew I wanted to try remaking this sauce I made a few years ago.

Growing up, I was never really a condiment kind of person. My cheeseburgers were always cheese and ketchup only and the extent of my dipping preferences was spinach and artichoke dip. But as I've started making my own sauces I've really been able to branch out and try new sauces.

This sauce is perfectly spicy and flavorful. You can use any kind of wings but recently we tried it with my honey sriracha wings and while that may seem like a lot of spicy, it's really the perfect amount of spicy.
